What is Vantaca?

Vantaca is our new online resident portal that helps you manage your account, contact property management, request services, and access important community information—all from your computer or mobile app.

You can access Vantaca by going to: https://portal.hoadv.com/login or by downloading the Vantaca Home App on your Smartphone in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

How do I login to my Vantaca Account?

If you don’t remember your password, please click on the “Forgot your login” link.

Log In: Once logged in, you can access your account, make payments, and use all features.

If I am a new homeowner, how do I access Vantaca?

A Homeowner account and number is set up once closing paperwork is received and processed by the management office. Your username/password is sent directly to you by the management office once your account setup is complete. 

What do I do if the Vantaca app doesn’t work or I have questions?

How do I make payments in Vantaca? Does it cost anything to set up auto-draft (ACH) payments?

Vantaca offers several convenient payment methods:

  • Auto-draft (ACH) payments from a checking account are free and may be set up as long as there is no outstanding balance.  **(Note: You cannot set up auto-draft from a savings account.) This method “pulls” the balance due each month. The benefit is that should there be no balance or a credit balance, no payment will be drafted.  These payments are processed around the 4th or 5th of each month but are considered received as of the 1st of the month. There is no cost for this option.
  • Zego Paylease (a 3rd-party payment provider) offers additional easy to pay direct from the portal via Credit Card/E-Check. (There is a nominal fee with this option)
  • One-Time eCheck – Pay directly from your checking account. (There is a nominal fee with this option)
  • Recurring eCheck (Auto-Draft) – Set up automatic payments at no cost (only from checking accounts). (There is a nominal fee with this option)
  • Debit/Credit Cards – Pay with major credit or debit cards, including Apple Pay & Google Pay (processing fees apply).

Is my information on the Vantaca portal secure?

Yes. The (HTTPS) is the secure version of HTTP, the protocol over which data is sent between your browser and the website that you are connected to. The ‘S’ at the end of HTTPS stands for ‘Secure’. It means all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted. Also, the manager, nor HOAdv has access to your banking or credit card information.

Can I manage multiple properties with one Vantaca account?

Yes! You can link multiple properties under one account:

  • Log In to Vantaca.
  • Click “Requests” in the left menu.
  • Under Submit a Request, choose “General Question” and provide details of the accounts you want to link.  Please include the account # for each property.  Ownership records must match to combine accounts.  **Please note that combined accounts will remain combined until the property is sold. Units cannot be separated once combined.Your request will be processed, allowing you to manage everything in one place

You can view important community documents, meeting minutes, and financial statements directly in Vantaca.?

How do I view the community directory and calendar?

To stay connected with neighbors and community events, Vantaca allows you to access the resident directory and community calendar easily.

How do I submit maintenance requests and amenity reservations?

With Vantaca, you can request maintenance and clubhouse reservations through the portal – just got to “submit a request”.
